At Toysmith, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
